We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not include it in free-text fields.

• To coordinate with property owners, insurance carriers, relocation partners, and other parties as needed to provide the service you requested.

• Property owners, carriers, or partners when necessary to fulfill your request.
• Service providers that help us operate — for example, Google (form data is stored in Google Sheets and notifications are sent by email) and our hosting provider, Cloudflare.
• Authorities if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to receive SMS messages, we will use your number to send updates, reminders, and inquiries related to your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent to SMS is not a condition of using our services.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses minimal cookies. We load fonts and libraries from third-party providers (such as Google Fonts and public CDNs), which may receive standard technical information like your IP address as part of delivering those files. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.
